The good news is, the ‘PERFECT’ first home rarely exists… It’s a bit like a unicorn 🦄
So you’re certainly not alone!

‘What’s really important to me in my first home?’ (maybe it’s location, transport, land size, shops, schools etc).
Then ask yourself…
“What do I really need in a property and what am I willing to compromise on?”

You can always upgrade and enjoy a few of those ‘extras’ a little further down the track when you move onto your next home.
